The quqlity of peer relationship might be affected by students’ personality traits, social or family support, academic achievement, self-esteem, or emotional intelligence…etc. variables. The methodology of this study is a quantitative research by questionnaire survey which was conducted for those students in New Taipei City in 2014. Non-random sampling with purposive sampling in this survey was adopted. 409 questionnaires were distributed whereas 398 copies were valid. Data were collected and analyzed through statistic approaches, consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Person product-moment correlation, etc. The major findings of this study are: 1. Personality trait and peer relationship of those students are positive preference as a whole. Both are higher-moderate. 2. "Gender","Grade","Family structure" and "Discipline attitude of primary caregiver"in personality trait of those students is significantly different. 3. "Gender","Grade" and "Discipline attitude of primary caregiver"in peer relationship for those students is significantly different. 4. Correlation between personality trait and peer relationship are moderate. Finally, educational implications of this study and recommendations for future study are also proposed.
