Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between school innovatin management and school organizational of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. Questionnaire survey method was applied to collect the research data. The research tool was “Scale of the relationship between school innovatin management and school organizational climate of elementary school teachers”. There were total 653 questionnaries distributed, 645 returned in which 623 effectivequestionnaries were quantitative analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. The performance of the innovation management of elementary schools in Taoyuan City are at the“upper-intermediate” level.Among them,“Student Activity Innovation”, is the highest, and “Resource Application Innovation is the lowest. 2. Teacher’s perceptions of school climate were rated as the level of open climate. 3. There are a significant difference in the score of the innovation management scale between school size and teacher’s working experience . 4. There are a significant difference in the score of the school organizational climate between school size and teacher’s genders, ages, teaching years, and the background of their working experience and education. 5. Significant correlation is presented regarding to the school innovation management and the school organizational climate of elementary school teachers. 6. The school innovation managemen were found to be able to predict the school organizational climate . Based on the findings of the study, some suggestions are provided for educational authorities, the school administrator and future researchers.
