Therefore, lots of people become furious. This paper studies the reasons why the housing-prices to income ratio are rising in Taipei and Kaohsiung cities. We utilize unit root test, co-integration analysis, and vector error correction model to study the influences of the money supply, outstanding of loans (real estate/all banks) on the home-price to income ratio.
