The dependent variable include Sin-Yi real estate index, Sin-Yi Taipei real estate index, Sin-Yi new Taipei real estate index, Sin-Yi Taichung and Kaohsiung real estate index. The explanatory variables have interest rates, CPI , M1B, stock prices, leading indicator, the difference of GDP and dummy variable before and after the subprime mortgage crisis. The empirical results found: 1.In the different areas, the use of quantile regression models to explore GDP, lending rates, consumer price index, the Taiwan weighted stock index, the money supply has a significant difference in variety of real estate price index quantile level. Second, comparison of quantile and simple regression model estimation results also showed a significant difference.Yet, the former can explain the difference of different areas and prices.
