With the evolution of information systems use environment, the organization gradually emphasis on information systems for the effectiveness of the external environment, that began to focus on the quality of information technology services, and we hope to establish effective control and management methods that help business development. On the other hand, on behalf of development in information technology, the exchange of information, process of information and use of information will be greatly activated. So, Information security has been a point of attention to organizations. The wide application of international multinational and international standards of the two standards; information technology service management (ITSM) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) to import, that is to provide the best solution for the organization. However, import management organization given that the existing systems and processes affected, even more management standards while introducing two different aspects at the same time, the impact will probably be greater. The qualitative research through case study research will be used, to analyzes tissue while import these two management system currently highly attached importance to companies or organizations. Induction factors affect integration including planning, execution, inspection, and improving the four dimensions, fully investigate the case analysis and management standards Analysis of four management cycle integration problems encountered, collate and analyze the impact factors and provide future organization while introducing integrated policy proposals.
