More and more airlines joint the domestic aviation market with the number of operating aircrafts increase at least 15% every year. According to the General Statistic Office of Vietnam, there are more than 17 million aviation passengers in 2013.
Vietnam Airlines Engineering Company is the leading aircraft maintenance and repair organization in Vietnam. In order to meet the expansion demand of the aircraft repair and mainternance, the company’s board of management considers human resource management is the most important. The company has therefore always paid attention to manage a labour force with high quality, motivation and high commitment to the company.
The purpose of this research is to identify factors that affecting the job satisfaction of aircraft technician in VAECO. The relationship between job satisfaction and the affected factors will be measured and evaluated for the impact degree. Base on that, the author assesses the job satisfaction level and suggests the solutions to VAECO Board of Management to improve job satisfaction level.
