The IE3D software is used to simulate the proposed multiband fork coplanar antennas. The proposed broadband coplanar antennas are obtained by changing the size parameters of the proposed antennas. The size parameters L5, W2, W3 and L10 of the fork coplanar broadband antenna are changed to observe the variations with respect to the bandwidth, resonant frequency and gain of the proposed planar antenna. The suitable parameters are chosen to fabricate fork broadband coplanar antenna which peak gain and return loss are 2.69dBi/-27.86dB and 4.22dBi/-17.86dB at 5.1GHz and 5.8GHz, respectively. This antenna can be used in WLAN 5.1/5.8GHz and Bluetooth 3.5GHz frequency bands. In this study, the size parameters L5, W2, and W3 of the asymmetry ground are changed to observe the characteristic variations of the proposed antenna. The suitable parameters are chosen to fabricate the fork asymmetry ground coplanar antenna which peak gain and return loss are 1.3dBi/-33.02dB, 3.13dBi/-33.02dB, 3.26dBi/-33.02dB, 5.57dBi/-26.49dB, and 7.06dBi/-26.49dB at 1.8GHz, 2.4GHz, 2.6GHz, 5.1GHz and 5.8GHz, respectively. The bandwidths of the fabricated antenna from 1.51GHz to 3.67GHz and from 4.66GHz to 6.64GHz are obtained. It can be used in WLAN 2.4/5.1/5.8GHz and LTE 1.8/2.6GHz frequency bands. The size parameters W3, W4 and W5 of the fork coplanar antenna are also changed to obtain the better size parameters. The peak gain and return loss of the fabricated antenna are 1.29dBi/-26.88dB, 1.65dBi/-28.47dB, and 1.65dBi/-28.47dB at 0.9GHz, 1.8GHz and 3.5GHz, respectively. This antenna can be used in Bluetooth, LTE 0.9GHz/1.8GHz frequency bands. The proposed fork coplanar antenna by carefully varying its size parameters can be applied to WLAN 2.4GHz/5.1GHz/5.8GHz, LTE 0.9GHz, LTE 1.8GHz, LTE 2.6GHz frequency bands.
