However, some of the greedy and non-conscience businessmen took this chance making profits by selling lots of bad food products in the markets. For instance, plasticizer and bad oil were found in foods and genetically modified foods were also given in some food products which can damage people’s health. In the traditional agriculture, chemical fertilizer, pesticide and herbicide were used more than before in the farm land. As a result, the polluted soil, air and water entered into human body from the polluted foods which can cause diseases. This becomes an important issue of human’s living condition. This study is focus on the business management for Chicken and Vegetable Symbiosis by illustrating the case of Asian Plant Organic Farm located at Yan-Mei, Taoyuan. Detailed investigation on the farm site was conducted and study on the management of the organic farm was also made. The use of resources recycling and fully organic management was demonstrated in this study. It was suggested that by using the above-stated method can grow organic vegetables, chickens and chicken eggs which were guaranteed to be healthy and safe. This nature type of agriculture farm can keep fully ecological environment and build a complete organic farm. The food safety becomes the common concern of national health issue. Therefore, the Asian Plant planned to transform and establish the organic leisure farm to consumers who can practice the growth of the farm products and enjoy the relaxation environment with their whole family. In this way, the national certification on the organic food products will be supported by the consumers again. Having the branded organic products in the market will achieve the win-win results for both consumers and operators. The conclusions and results of this investigation can be referenced and used for related industries. Keywords: Organic farm, Health, Safe, Organic vegetable, Resource recycling
