The economic miracle of music industry has been transferred to the arts and cultural performances such as the Live House has created a very important value for the cultural and creative industries; not only become independent music cradle and bred many musical talents. So Live House will have an extremely important value for Taiwan's cultural and creative industries. That’s why we have a better understanding of the factors relevant areas and activities in Live House. In this study, the system dynamics was adopted to explore the development model of Live House in Taiwan's cultural and creative industries. The development of Live House system model is complicated and dynamic process. The key factors are integrity of the relevant laws and regulations, the hardware and software experience of places, the capacity of event promotion, the convenience of transportation, the branding image of stores, the relationships of fans, the behavior of fans, the support of related industries, the preferences of stores, frequency of interaction between performers and fans, Internet access for the convenience of digital video, attraction of event, regulation of professional and technical personnel training. These factors are mutually causal, complex and dynamic. These models can enhance insight in the problem structure and increase understanding of the complexity and the dynamics caused by the influencing factors in Live House. The findings will be presented with the key points and related recommendations.
