Shared vision means that all members in company have reached a consensus on the company’s vision. Shared vision agglomerates all members of the company, so that all members will work toward the same direction. In recent years, company should establish a shared vision, has generally been accepted in academia and established in practice. Most of researches also pointed out that shared vision will have positive and significant impact on organizational performance. In addition, in the dynamic competitive environment, business strategies take entrepreneurial orientation(EO)which means strategies tendency for innovation, initiative and risk-taking, is considered more appropriate. And entrepreneurial orientation will enhance organizational performance. In the past, many scholars had researched the impact of shared vision and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. But the relationship between shared vision and entrepreneurial orientation, only proposed but not obtained evidence. Therefore, this research proposed that company establishes a shared vision, business strategy will tend to entrepreneurial orientation, enhancing organizational performance. Based on it, this research explores the relationship between shared vision, entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. In order to achieve the issue in this research, this research collected information by paper questionnaires in person or sending file to e-mail. And the object of research was executive, period was from February 2015 to April 2015. The total numbers were 131 copies of questionnaires collected, minus seven incomplete questionnaires, the total of 124 valid questionnaires were collected, and the overall effective response rate was 80 percent. This research used PLS(Partial Least Square)statistical analysis software to analyse results. Empirical results show that:(1)Shared vision has significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation.(2)Entrepreneurial orientation has significant and positive impact on organizational performance. Finally, this research proposed the possible reasons for results, and provided practical suggestions, making directions for future research.
