碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 103 === As the “world wide web” and internet develop rapidly, most people used to searching information on the internet. Therefore a number of companies started to build housing rental website which can let landlord put on the information of the house that is for rent, and user can searching or browsing these information. When house-renters are evaluating which house is more suitable for them, rent payment will be the first consideration. As a result many house-renters tend to become a commuter for decreasing the cost of rent. As a commuter they should take the cost of commuting into account when they are searching a house to rent. In addition to the money that spent in commuting, the time spent in commuting should be the one of commuting cost. According to the statistic which invested by government shows that the population of commuting group has more than one million and still increasingly. However there have no housing rental websites provide the associated information of commuting so far. To deal with the commuter’s inconvenience that caused in evaluating about the information of houses, our research take commuting time into housing rental service, and studied relative investigation and research of housing rental, as well as the research of user’s requirement oriented system design. We hope that the housing rental information service we made could help commuter searching and evaluating more efficiently. Furthermore, we implement this concept as the application in mobile device and using technology acceptance model to design a questionnaire which can help to examine our system is acceptable for user or not. After having the statistics of response, we can sure that user agree the concept of our system and look forward to use our system.
