Chairman of Yulon Group Mr. Yan Kaitai said: "If Yulon want to survive, we must" go out ", the mainland is the choose one." In recent years, the global automotive market had a sharp change from the economic boom in 2005, GM, Ford, Chrysler, the world''s three major auto companies suffered losses, in which the GM from 2005 to 2008 accumulated losses of $ 82 billion, Ford from 2006 to 2008 accumulated losses of $ 30 billion, the subprime crisis and gave them fatal blow. Chrysler filed for bankruptcy protection on April 30, 2009, the same year on June 1 the world''s largest car company GM officially to the US government filed for bankruptcy protection, the Swedish Volvo (Volvo) was acquired by the China''s Geely automobile on March 28, 2010, the Swedish Saab (Saab) also filed for bankruptcy protection at the end of 2011 to the Swedish government, visible, the operational risk of automobile industry has increased every year. Just when the global auto market downturn of the moment, however, China''s auto market still maintain a boom, and since 2008 sales hit record highs, suddenly become the world''s major automobile plant contested, competing investment in factories, through a variety of ways to enter, including wholly-owned, joint ventures, indirect investment, strategic alliances, and do all kinds of business strategy for the market. However, entering the China market Does no risks? Unpredictable future in what is profitable Great Leap Forward? Or drain it? The study hopes to enter the Chinese market business strategy through the car seat factory in Taiwan investment in factories in China and facing global market environment changes rapidly, the analysis of the case the company set up so far on how to face all kinds of operational risk and response rules, and related industries intending to enter the Chinese market to provide their views and suggestions.
