With the amount of CaO increases, the boiling point increases. This causes the problem that the reaction was not saturated within a short period of processing time; thus leading to have huge amount of nonreactive residual CaO inside the slag during the desulfurization processes. Despite that, the steel maker in Taiwan disposed these slag even though there are huge amount of nonreactive residual CaO inside. This not only increases cost but also produces stress on the environment. If we are able to reactivate and use slag for the secondary steelmaking process multiple times, we can cut waste production. Thus, we design several formula of the inorganic waste dephosphorization slag and successful develop 60% of dephosphorization by inorganic waste dephosphorization slag at rough steelmaking in 20 minutes. This technique can be applied to the dephosphorization process in steelmaking, and can reuse 50% slag in Secondary steelmaking process. This will have a positive impact on the environment and reduce cost. The main idea of this research is to build a dynamics simulation system to analyze variety of different dephosphorization slag formula. Finally simulation value will verify practical value. In this research we find that dephosphorization slag with 50% refining slag add 50% Calcium oxide have excellent benefit to dephosphorize. 林明澤 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
