Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 103 === Ceramic nozzle is an important tool for making a steel sheet in the steelmaking process, the stability of the nozzle structure impact the quality of the final product. Due to the high temperature and thermal stress produce, the engineers found that the nozzle will crack in warm-smelting process. To reduce manufacturing costs as increase the use times of the nozzle and developing new products, the stability of the nozzle structure need to research. In this study, use the finite element math analysis to simulation the impact of different sizes, material nozzle to the thermal stress at high temperatures. The main idea of this research selected a more appropriate material and size parameters, improve the nozzle’s life and provide steelworks the base to design the nozzle tool.
