As long as the products could be approved, and receive the Taiwan Excellence Award, the Ministry of Economy will be confer “Taiwan Excellence symbol” use rights. will help the enterprises to promote these products in the international target market and these products are also granted with highest honor on behalf of Taiwan's high-quality innovative products. Through Delphi method and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarch Process and in-depth interviews Will help applicants for Taiwan Excellence Award to find the key success factors and obtain Taiwan Excellence for the influence of enterprises operating performance, Questionnaire survey is apply for Taiwan Excellence Award winner’s firm for assessment. The paired comparison of questionnaire need to be filled, analyzed, and defuzzified , then factors could be prioritized, a final conducted in-depth interviews for firm will be hold. According to the research results will show applicants the success factors of Taiwan Excellence Award. the key factors are firms manufactured products should balance with innovation, R-&-D, design and marketing, and more customer-centric, understanding the need of innovation required by markets The result also shows that firms with Taiwan Excellence Award will bring the greatest impacts in operating performance, and corporate quality the second impacts are brand awareness, research and innovation, All firms who applied for the Taiwan Excellence Award confirmed this award is positive effect of improving business performance.
