But learn the production, traditional processing products consumption, raw materials or supplies of the industrial chemicals store etc., reveal the dangerous apparatus of industry is used inseparably and closely bound up, not merely bring to individuals in life and convenient and comfortable, occupy very important position on the industrial industry. This research uses fuzzy Germany's Philippine expert's interview and fuzzy level analytic approach theory, find out beginning important key element project and influence on operating to dangerous apparatus personnel of safety management of the dangerous apparatus, the main target of questionnaire investigation, in order to use the dangerous apparatus or make the manufacturer that high-pressure gas used the apparatus, select to fill out more than the one to questionnaire two two, use the analytic approach of the fuzzy level to make systemic analysis of the result filled in, carry on the preferential sequencing of the important key element project, find out the important key element weight, offer the key element project and then with enterprise's interview finally. Shown in the important key element of safety management of the dangerous apparatus according to the result of study, the manufacturer not merely finds out about the important intensity of the managerial security in apparatus, environment and personnel's education and training, it is the staff to the demand that the dangerous apparatus is safe and managerial idea to be more important, the managerial advantage that enterprises may let by this safely, improve the unsafe environment or facility, the guarantee that can be had on the security of the factory by much a prevention, reach and endanger reducing and happen, make the staff satisfied in the safety management. Enterprises can carry on the improvement of the security by advancing gradually, in order to achieve important purpose the most of safety management of the apparatus.
