Using research methods include literature analysis, human factors analysis, contradiction matrix analysis, general design analysis and graphics software Solidworks product design, the study recommended the chest of the resistance mechanism gym trainer with dumbbells rack placed through dumbbell place bodies to design improvements. The following is the result of research and discovery, as detailed below: 1. Design can be placed on the dumbbell dumbbell placement agency: In this study, the resistance mechanism is provided with a dumbbell placement device, the effect can easily pick up the dumbbells and using dumbbells own weight, as a counterweight weight, replace the original with weights weight resistance program counterweight function, improved resistance mechanism. 2. Place mechanism designed to prevent with a dumbbell weight of rapidly falling: the traditional fitness equipment, the use of easy to produce significant muscle soreness within a week, such as improper use, easy to cause injury, and thus had scholars want to operate chest elect training machines, improper operation and urging wrong, causing the chest muscle strain, means anti counterweight rapid fall of this study is set for a resistance mechanism to prevent rapid fall because counterweight, chest muscle strain caused by the problem.
