Furthermore we using routh stability criterion (RSC) and sturm's method to verify the correctness of this thesis. In this study, the discriminator root can find the necessary and sufficient conditions for the multiplicity of biochemical reactions, the necessary conditions is 1.the reactor have output multiplicity 2.the reactor has channeling phenomenon, so will lead to non-ideal mixing. This study discusses the influence of the value of non-ideal mixing n to input and output multiplicity area, it’s emphasize discriminator root can find the start bifurcation point and find the input and output multiplicity regions. Furthermore, currently no academics use three methods simultaneously to find the starting bifurcation point for multiplicity. This thesis use three methods simultaneously to study the problem of multiplicity phenomenon. Moreover, this thesis also verify the simulation results of input multiplicity and output multiplicity of the relationship.Thus, it helps engineers to avoid input and output multiplicity area. Hope this research can provide some banausic references for the following further research and improvement on reactor controller.
