The study concludes with the four facets and the ten criteria for online shopping.Questionnaireas a research tool separately from online shoppers and e-commerce business's point of view, and DEMATELare used for decision laboratory analysisrules as analysis and discussion of the factors affecting the decision of shoppers to purchase online when shopping on the Internet.The purpose is to obtain a key factor in impacting online shoppers on online shopping will.With the rapid development of mobile networks and electronic wallet, online shopping will become the main form for human to purchase items.This study investigated the changes in the market environment for online shopping and activities situation to expect to get the keys and variables of influence on online shopper’s willingness to provide e-commerce companies with sustainable management reference, consolidate its consumer groups and activate online shopping market development.
