Its major components consist of a laser diode and a transistor. The major function of a label sensor is to determine the position of labels, which can be accomplished by utilizing the variation output of a transistor induced from the different transmittance of the label back paper and the label. Commercially available sensors are mostly fixed projected light diode is intensity, modulation accept light transistor comparison of output level, the transmittance of the different label backing paper, how to set a can be applied to many of the projected light intensity label backing paper with the label, is to be design a good label sensor a big point, the use of modulated the best projected light intensity fit different light transmission labels, is the direct method for optimal parameter design of the problem. However, the projected light intensity on how to set the adjustment range and the best value, one of the focuses of this research to explore. Research methods of this research using logistic regression analysis and Taguchi method as a research with the spindle, Firstly, fishbone diagram to find the potential impact of variable detection label, continued use of the Taguchi method of analysis of the importance of the impact factor, and logistic regression models to determine the best combination of parameters. The results show, the relative position of labels and label sensors have a significant affected. When the projected light diode intensity set to 13.6mA , can be used to accept light transistor comparative level to fine-tune the label of the level of detection, now ready get the best design approach and design parameters.
