| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 資訊管理系研發科技與資訊管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === Today most people have been enjoying leisure time through tourism and out-door sports and applying smart communication gadgets, like GPS or Internet navigation aids for direction and tourism information. Therefore, the smart communication gadgets have alreadybeen inevitably linked to the leisure industry.
Recently, the development of cultural, leisure, and sports combinationhas been paid much more attention by local Governments. Taichung, making people feel comfortable with nice weather, is the geographic center of the transportations in Taiwan. It takes the leading position in bicycle manufacturing industry and keeps pushing cycling sport in Taiwan. Taichung city government has been scheming and building several bike trails.However, bike trails fail to attract people without local cultural interests. This study chose a township of Taichung- Dadu district, which has not yetbeen highly industrialized but has unique cultural characteristics, as the subject in this research, to guide the community empowerment with the development of cultural, leisure, and sports combination, in order to both keep local culture and boost the local economy.
This study, through in-depth field research and local resources by the SWOT analysis, proposed systematic mode with integrating cultural and tourism elements into bike trails. Moreover, it uses existing resources to make smart technology software and hardware to connect to Dadu district bike trails and leisure industry related model, and thus to enhance the economic development on cycling tourism industry with real benefits at Dadu district.
