Because the Gorilla 3 CT45 glass reinforcement material is published in 2013, it’s a very difficult processing material; there is not a good process yet for mass production in the field of directly processing by cutting equipment. The experiment is use the machining center auxiliary ultrasonic to proceed the processing test which was researched and developed by the company of researcher (the author), with Taguchi methods to explore the changing parameter factor which will affect the processing result and to compare the five pros and cons: efficiency, yield, consumables cost, easy cleanliness, cutting fluid process contamination. Identify the important essential factor parameter which affect the five pros and cons. Analysis and compare the related factors between these pros and cons by actuality processing to find the better parameter combinations and improve the processing performance, increase yields and reduce the environmental impact and successfully applied to tempered glass touch panel processing mass production process.
