However, it still lacks an appropriate power supply for a large lead-acid battery charger in commercial products. For this reason, this research aims to design a high switching power supply for multiple lead acid batteries charger. The proposed scheme can provide DC 60V and up to 15 ampere output capacity for the charger. Based on the full-bridge converting technique, the pulse-width modulation frequency is working at 55 kHz so that the size of the hardware and its weight can be reduced considerably. Also, the EMI filter is added to protect high frequency signal interfere, and over-voltage and over-current protection circuits are integrated with the proposed power supply. Accordingly, it can satisfy the strict standard in industry. The proposed power supply was tested in situations of unload, linear load, and non-linear load. The experimental results confirm that the proposed scheme is feasible in term of reliability, high power, and small size.
