Therefore, this study plans to integrateImportance-Performance Analysis (IPA), Analytic Network Process (ANP), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), etc.,into the pattern of green productdesign. First, this study adopts 20 items of the Voice of Customer (VOC) and source strategies into the pattern of product design development and management performance evaluationby means of documentary reviews and the IPA. Next, the ANP is applied to discover the relationship between the quality elements of 16 green product design items, and then to find out critical design factors. QFD is able to convert 12 items of VOC into the green product development and 9 items of technical requirements, in order to ensure that the green products can meet customers’ satisfaction. In addition, DEA can be used to analyze and confirm the resource distributionto provide the cooperative enterprises with the priority of implementing the improvement of technical requirements of green product designs. The first five items of resource distribution can be separately prioritized as follows: DR2 spare parts can be exchangeable for use, DR6 decrease the waste production, DR8 use repetitive recycled material, DR3 the packaging material for reducing the environmental cost, and DR7 avoid complicated assembly process. These five items are the features of design techniques that should be highlighted by enterprises. Therefore, based on these five items which can maintain major techniques, enterprises can reallocate resources after understanding their internal techniques for their green product designs.
