In fact, travel has freedom, relaxation, compensation, fun and experience expansion. Through leisure and tourism, tourists are not only to enjoy the pleasure and experience, but also to expand global views of social interaction. Making more and more people is willing to take part in leisure activities to improve the quality of life. Tourism has become essential leisure activities for people. Backpacker’s travel is becoming more accepted by the people and has become the mainstream of people traveling abroad. This study is to understand whether the language anxiety and language self-efficacy, internet self-efficacy, internet search capability and destination familiarity will individually affect the backpacker's traveling intention or not. A questionnaire method was used to collect data and generated 436 valid samples. The structural equation model was used to test the hypotheses. The results found that language anxiety negatively influences language self-efficacy, internet self-efficacy and Backpacker's travel intention individually. Internet self-efficacy has a positive impact on the Internet searching capability. Language self-efficacy, Internet searching capabilities and the destination familiarity has positively affected the backpacker's travelling intention, respectively. Language self-efficacy does not affect Internet searching capability. Internet self-efficacy does not affect the backpacker's travelling intention. The results can be a reference for academic further research. Furthermore, the results can provide information to related industries understanding the factors affecting backpacker’s travelling intention to design the user’s need travel schedules and systems.
