Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 材料科學及工程學系 === 103 === The present work is divided into two parts, the first part is a study of series of Ti-7.5Mo-xZr(x=a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,iwt%) alloys, and the second part is a study of series of Ti-6Mo-xZr(x=j,k,l,m,nwt%) alloys, with the focus on the effect of different content of zirconium addition on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti-Mo-Zr alloys. The first part results showed that when zirconium was added in Ti-7.5Mo alloys, β phase started to exist in the alloy. With increasing zirconium content, the amount of β phase increased, the yield strength increased too, elongation showed the opposite trend to the yield strength, and elastic modulus continually increased little by little. The second part results showed that α'+α phase co-existed in Ti-6Mo-xZr(x=j,k,l,m,nwt%) alloys. With increasing zirconium content, the yield strength and elastic modulus increased at first, then slightly decreased, and the elongation of all alloys kept at about 29%.
