Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 材料科學及工程學系 === 103 === This research is about using electroless nickel plate as an interlayer to bond the commercial graphite and graphite foil together, and discussion about the effectiveness of the plating by modifying the amount of the solvent in the electroless solution. And after plating, this research discussed about the parameter of the bonding temperature and bonding time in case to minimum the cost of making this compound. In the final, we use the corrosion test and bonding strength test to determine whether this composite is appropriate to use in PCM with molten salts. The result indicates that this composite is strong enough to bear the corrosion of the molten nitrates, and the bonding strength is even stronger than the base material itself. Combine of all the adventages from the property cause by the bonding and the base material, this composite has a great potential to be as a PCM candidate material.
