There were objectives of this study has fourfold:(1) To understand the conditions of self-directed learning readiness, learning satisfaction and continuous learning willingness of Macau adult learners.(2) To analyze the difference between self-directed learning readiness , learning satisfaction and continuous learning willingness with the variables of different personal background of Macau adult learners.(3) To investigate the correlations of self-directed learning readiness , learning satisfaction and continuous learning willingness of Macau adult learners. (4) To comprehend the predictive circumstances of self-directed learning readiness, learning satisfaction and continuous learning willingness. The questionnaire survey method was adopted in the study. After literature analysis, A survey contained scales of self-directed learning readiness, learning satisfaction, and continuous learning willingness was distributed to the adult learners in Macau Adult Education Center. A total of 280 questionnaire surveys were distributed and 231 valid surveys were obtained. The response rate was 82.5%. The data collected were processed with reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product correlation, and multiple regression analysis, and achieved the conclusions as followed: 1. Degree of the self-directed learning readiness was high to the Macau adult learners; especially the dimension of “Continued Learning”. 2. Degree of the learning satisfaction was high to the Macau adult learners; especially the dimension of “Self-growth”. 3. Degree of the continuous learning was high to the Macau adult learners; especially the dimension of “Good cause”. 4. Degree of the self-directed learning readiness to the Macau adult learners was significantly different in the variables of gender, age, Career, economic, and Macau Continuing Education Development Plan. 5. Degree of the learning satisfaction to the Macau adult learners was significantly different in the variables of age, level of education, Career, married, economic and Macau Continuing Education Development Plan. 6. Degree of the continuous learning to the Macau adult learners was significantly different in the variables of Macau Continuing Education Development Plan. 7. The correlation between self-directed learning readiness and continuous learning intention was positive, while “self-knowledge” was the most predictive ability. 8. The correlation between learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention was positive, while “learning achievement” has the most predictive ability. 9. In the dimensions of the self-directed learning readiness and learning satisfaction, the“ learning achievement ”was the most significantly predictive variable in the continuous learning intention of the Macau adult learners.
