Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 103 === In this thesis we use 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydride as our main structure to design air stable and high solubility N-type semiconductor. In order to solve air unstable and low solubility problem, we substituted the perfluoroalkyl imide for anhydride group in our structure, anticipated that these materials can decrease LUMO energy and increase air-stability. And we introduced asymmetric branched chains to modify the steric hindrance on the periphery of the polyaromatic cores and enhance solubility . Finally, we investigated the effect of chemical structural variation on morphology , electron mobility , and the best mobility is 0.012, on/off ratio 10000.
