The study was divided into four parts; in the first part, we used different solution process such as spin coating, on-the-fly-dispensing -spin-coating and dip coating to fabricated kinds of polymer dielectrics such as cyclic olefin copolymer, polystyrene, and polymethylmethacrylate. The properties of polymer dielectrics have been tinvestigated using atomic force microscopy and contact angle meter. For the second part of this study we investigated the influence of polymer dielectrics on the morphology, arrangement and grain size of pentacene thin-films using atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction. In the third part of this study we investigated the electrionic transport properties of pentacene-base organic field effect transistors. For the fourth part of this study we investigated the electrionic transport properties of N-type materials on the polymer dielectrics. Finally, experiment reveals that use the on-the-fly-dispensing spin coating method to fabricate the uniform and smooth cyclic olefin copolymer films effective to modified the dielectrics surface and improve the device performance.
