碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 教育政策與行政學系 === 103 === According to the documents and the literature, the archery is one of the priority sports of Taiwan’s government, even it has been got high achievement and performance in international mega-event, there are still some challenges and difficulties that have to be faced and dealt with, especially in school level. The main purpose of this study is aimed at exploring the problems of archery training that Sun-Shooting Primary School (SSPS), the case school, faced. The main methods used in this study were case study and in-depth interview. The interviews were purposively selected from the case school. At last, this study also afforded some helpful suggestions to educational administrators and the case school, and to the scholars for the future research. The findings and suggestions were shown as followings: The staff of the SSPS was very passionate, therefore, the archery team could keep going; The SSPS faced many challenges and difficulties in order to develop the team, if the case school wanted to keep and develop the team, it had to take all the possible influential factors into consideration. The helpful suggestions afforded by this study were: First, the central and local government should make appropriate policy and implement it. Secondly, the school should raise more resources from the community and NPO, for substantial development. Finally, the school should organise the PLC of archery and enrich the facilities.
