This study aims to investigate the relationship among job stressors, workers’ burnout, and health-related quality of life. Hospital managers are encouraged to take the results of this study into reference, improving employee’s job stressors, stress management, and health promotion, ultimately building health in the workplace. Research results have shown: 1. Personal burnout significantly affects hospital employees’ physical health more than work stressors and other workers’ burnout. 2. Physical health of full-time staff is better compared to that of part-time staff. 3. Personal burnout, client-related burnout, and education level are significant factors affecting mental health. 4.
