In this study, the qualitative research method was used and 12 members of religious organization who had been participated in classics-reading education were interviewed through semi-structured interviews. The research results are listed as follows: 1. For the purposes of religious organizations, the promoting of classics-reading education can play inside young talents cultivation cohesion, external introduction of social talents, as well as the establishment of religious enlightment. For the sustainable management and development of religious organizations, classics-reading education have long-term positive impact strength. 2. Leaders of religious organizations must first reach a consensus to promote classics-reading education, and regularly advocacy the resolutions to all members of organization. Leaders should try to choose a dedicated team to take forward classics-reading education. Thus, the positive influence of classics-reading education on religious organizations must be present completely. Based on the above research results, this study has provided specific recommendations for religious organizations, hoping to be used as a reference for the promoting of classics-reading education.
