Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 適應體育學系 === 103 === The main purpose of this study was to explore a life story of an adult with acquired blindness. A-zong is the object of the study, who got out of the predicament by engaging in Photopic Qigong and kendo exercise and then won back his life by practicing massage and acupuncture skills. The approach used in this study was qualitative research orientation of the narrative research method, including data collection, semi-structured interviews, photos and documentary materials. The study was assayed by the method of holistic-content to analyze the changing conditions after A-zong has been blind and the benefits he acquired from doing exercise. The content of the study was divided into four stages: innocence of childhood, tragic years of darkness, life of rebirth and the accelerating career.This study intends to encourage people with acquired blindness to rebuild their life and suggest that the government and the authorities give more assistance and attention to those with acquired blindness.
