All of the College and University Implementation on The Objectives and Strategies for energy saving are still in a beginner stage , exchange old and consumption hardware or machine as a primary management example such as hostel air conditional, for the further energy saving implement would have a financial and objectives as a primary sustainable education are waiting for enchance. Colleges and universities invest Cost-effectiveness the lowest cost such as 10 thousand dollar NTD for saving 10 kilowatt electricity and the higest part such as 50 thousand dollar for saving 10 kilowatt electricity in all the colleges and Universities. ESCO (Energy Saving Companies) application profile main in Heat pump system and lighting system , Investing Cost returning years up 5 to 7 years, Business profile as ESPC (Energy Saving Prefomance Contracting) as a opretaration contract.
