This study was to investigate the major digital camera button structure, common cantilevered manner to button of design, through the filling in the melt process, for different shapes of the cantilever with different mold design water, affected for the amount of warpage. Utilization 3D Pro-Engineer software constructs the product shape and moldflow software analysis simulation products emitted situation. In aspects of the control factor of the experiment, is the use of the bridge-button shape, mold temperature, cooling time, holding pressure and waterway design and other parameters factors. It was found that the shape of the bridge keys most significant factor having the greatest influence. Analyzed using Taguchi experimental planning law, taken out S / N ratio of the maximum level from each of the factors, can get the best of shape parameters and obtain the minimum amount of warpage.
