As JADE lacks of environmental description, we used web ontology Language (OWL) to model the environment, thus providing agent communication with environment, in a simple and convenient way. This makes JADE platform more complete. We developed an exemplary elder care system to demonstrate our model, in which TI sensor tag is used to sense the environment.
