In order to adapt the rapid changing environment, the strategy and the goal of future have to be found, thus the foresights has been attached importance. Using foresight to systemically analyze and to find out the tendency of future and make a longer plan. The purpose of this study focuses on investigating foresight and future research methodology. By using activity diagram to represent future research methodology and propose an object normalization method to modularize it. It can be clearly understood which function of the method is the most suitable one, and can make choice by different requirement. In order to make foresight research framework more complete, based on the foresight research process framework, improving the future research methodology in research phase. Object-oriented concept has also been used in modeling foresight planning process, and researchers can choose the most appropriate future research method to do research. Above all, the specific contribution of this research is to demonstrate the logic concept and implementation steps of future research methods by using activity diagrams. Let the foresight researchers understand the concept and steps, and investigate foresight research and future research methods, and use the logic of activity diagram fitting future research methods; improving the methods used in foresight research and fitting the appropriate future research methodologies to the analysis stage of the platform; using object-oriented technique to improve the foresight platform, so that the platform can be systematized and modularized; Proposing some steps to achieve object normal form, combining it into object oriented modeling process, enhance the efficiency of research.
