But students in vocational automotive department, is an important issue facing the stage of career development, so at this point they need to develop and future work-related skills, personal career exploration, career planning and career values can be established. High school stage is an important milestone in the development of individual career gradually forming the concept of self-efficacy, the country currently targeting young people at this stage of the research on career development were not many. Different "career anchors" real cause future career direction vocational students, so if vocational students to explore career self-efficacy, vocational students will help to understand the situation, "career anchors", so expect by studying fullyunderstand the vocational automotive students at this stage career self-efficacy of different effects on individuals 'career anchor' property occurred. In this study, the southern region vocational automotive students for the study, questionnaires, 876 valid questionnaires were return. Its findings include: First, different schools, public and private,gender, education of the father, mother, occupation, maternal education in career self-efficacy in significantly different; different schools, public and private gender, education of the father, mother, occupation, maternal education with a significant difference in the career anchor attribute; different schools, public and private gender, marital status have significant differences in personality traits. Second, personality traits automotive students will be significantly positive impact on vocational career self-efficacy: performance is significantly positive effects on self-career career anchors: personality traits will significantly positive impact on career anchors. Third, the career self-efficacy, personality traits and career-related situations anchor attribute a significant positive correlation.
