Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 103 === The macro of education system, teachers is the smallest unit, but also an important factor in the success of the implementation of the whole reform the education system. To reach their education "quality" and "quantity" coexist, estimate the demand of teachers is an important issue. This study was designed to investigate the factors that influence the demand for teachers, its purpose to define and identify a preferred mode of teacher demand. Sample for the study of the United States based on the total number of the country to explore, the amount of personal consumption in real terms, gross domestic product (GDP) and weeks of unemployment affect the amount of demand for teachers, sample period from January 1999 to December 2014 a total of 192 strokes monthly to the least squares (OLS) statistical methods of static and dynamic data analysis. The results: 1.The total population, the amount of personal consumption in real terms, gross domestic product and weeks unemployment of the variable demand for teachers is indeed appropriate predictive variable. 2. The study found dynamic regression model can predict accurately dependent variable ,and the dynamic regression model’s R2 reach up to 99.87%. 3. Prediction model established in this study can be used as a model of future teachers prediction mode, the prediction of the results will also provide education authorities planning reference.
