Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 103 === This study aimed to explore the differences in and the relationship between the learning motivation and the learning satisfactions regarding the team teaching with industry experts of the vocational high school home economics group students of different backgrounds. This study performed a questionnaire survey with the random stratified sampling method. The sampling population was the home economics group third-grade students from the vocational high schools which had applied for the subsidy for team teaching with industry experts provided by the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education in academic year 2014/15. A total of 800 questionnaires were issued to 14 schools, and among the retrieved ones, 707 were valid. The valid response rate was 88.4%. After summarizing the data obtained from the questionnaires, this study adopted statistical methods to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and post hoc comparison.
Based on the research purpose, the research findings are summarized below:
1.Generally, the economics group students’ learning
motivation regarding the team teaching with industry
experts was positive and active, and their learning
satisfaction was high.
2.The learning motivation regarding the team teaching with
industry experts of the economics group students in
southern Taiwan from the department of hair dressing who
had taken the practical skill program and 28 or less team
teaching sessions was relatively high.
3.The learning satisfaction regarding the team teaching
with industry experts of the economics group students in
southern Taiwan from the department of hair dressing who
had taken 28 or less team teaching sessions was
relatively high.
4.The learning motivation and the learning satisfaction
regarding the team teaching with industry experts of the
vocational high school economics group students were
highly and positively related.
