Process-oriented organization is expected to integrate the resources of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system thatare closely integrated internal and external operations. The introduction of the ERP has become an essential investment in the successful strategies of enterprises. The case study - Taiwan Power Company - ERP system has shown that the status of ERP system can be enchanced from the user's point of view as what the actual usage of ERP systems is. Accordingly, this study argue that the use of ERP system is better based on the user satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to explore Taipower ERP system by exploring the relationshiop among "System Quality", "communication quality", and "user satisfaction". This study employed a survey in the personnel of Taiwan Power Company ERP system. Theoritical framework for analysis and hypothesis are tested by a variety of statistic methods. Empirical results of this study found that the quality of ERP systems and informal communication are important parts of establishing a successful ERP System. The implication of study can be insightful in the introduction of ERP.
