The study was conducted through questionnaire survey. The 308 samples were selected form the regular classroom teachers of National senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taichung City, Nantou County, and Changhua County. The questionnaire was designed by the researcher and titled as “the implementation of assessment accommodations for students with disabilities in regular classroom teachers of senior high schools and vocational high schools in central Taiwan”. The questionnaire data was analyzed by frequency allocation , percentage, means, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The major results were as follows: 1. The usage of assessment accommodations for students with disabilities in regular classroom teachers of senior high schools and vocational high schools in central Taiwan was between "never use" and "sometimes use". 2. The concerns of assessment accommodations for students with disabilities in regular classroom teachers of senior high schools and vocational high schools in central Taiwan was between "never worried" and "some concern". 3. As to the usage of assessment accommodations, in background variables, a discrepancy was found in the number of students with disabilities, but not in terms of the sex, years of teaching experiences, teaching field, and special education. 4. As to the concerns of assessment accommodations, in background variables, a discrepancy was found in the sex and the number of students with disabilities, but not in terms of years of teaching experiences, teaching field, and special education.
