Questionnaire survey is adopted as the main methodology, and the administrative staff of the national universities in central Taiwan (e.g. Taichung, Changhua, and Nantou) is chosen as the research subject. Analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusion of this research is as follows: 1.First, in any of the characteristics like male, long seniority in current university, long accumulative seniority, and older, job involvement reaches a higher level. However, in the characteristic of 1~5 years seniority in current university, job involvement reaches a lower level. 2.Second, either in the staff with 16~20 years accumulative seniority, or that aged between 41 and 50, job satisfaction achieves a higher level. 3.Third, in any of the characteristics like 11~15 years seniority in current university, 16~20 years accumulative seniority, and age between 41 and 50, organizational commitment reaches a higher level. In the staff of 1~10 years accumulative seniority, organizational commitment reaches a lower level. Effort commitment reaches a higher level in certified staff than in civil servants. 4.Fourth, in the administrative staff, a significant middle-high positive relationship is shown between job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 陳美華 學位論文 ; thesis 183 zh-TW |
