A total of 1448 junior high school students and 97 math teachers responded to the Satisfaction with Math Textbooks of Grades 7-9 Questionnaire for Students and the Satisfaction with Math Textbooks of Grades 7-9 Questionnaire for Teachers respectively. Descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, and independent sample t-test were used to analyze data. The results of this study revealed that students’ satisfaction with math textbooks reached to the intermediate-to-high level. Male students, high academic achievers, and students from small schools had a higher level of satisfaction with math textbooks, compared to their counterparts respectively. Besides, teachers’ satisfaction with math textbooks reached to the intermediate level. Teachers with graduate degrees had a higher level of satisfaction than those without graduate degrees. Finally, students express a higher level of satisfaction with the cover design and word size of math textbooks than teachers, while teachers were more satisfied with the text description of math textbooks than students.
