Since 2007, the National Police Agency has planned "Mobile-Police Construction Project" to provide multifunction online queries, and gradually update functions. Although there are many functions in M-Police, but the functions, hardware, software, network environment and maintenance requirements unable to meet all the expectations of the police. In addition, the police age, information capability, job performance, and regional security status, or criminal officers and administrative staff are factors to affect the intention of use the equipment. In case of limited funds, it is an important issue to allot and improving the organizational environment in order to achieve the maximum benefit.The objective of this study is to explore the influential factors of the police usage attitude and behavior, with most of the objects being police from a number of Nantou County Police Bureau , and questionnaire analysis is adopted as a research method. Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance &; Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model, this study conducts empirical research so as to explore and discuss the impact of the four predictive variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition on usage intension and behavior. The research model added six adjustment variables (gender, age, experience, voluntary, job nature and characteristics of the region) to explore the different backgrounds of the differences caused by various factors.This study shows that the performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, and facility conditions do a positive effect on behavior through the use of intention, with the highest degree of social influence. The performance expectations directly do a positive effect on the usage behavior, in addition, the gender, age, experience, voluntary, job nature and characteristics of each region do different interference for each factor. The results of this study available to import M-Police supporting various stages of development and management measures for police agencies, and to develop different policies on different backgrounds police.
