This theory mainly describes the most suitable brushless motor for the cordless power tool. This brushless motor is specially designed for better output power. Taking the advantage of its compact size and high efficiency characteristics, this proposed motor makes the most benefits for the end users to use the cordless power tools. According to the results of the experiment, using an appropriate brushless motor in the old tool can decrease working current and increase the output torque, the working current can be reduced from 36A to 26.2A, torque can be increased from 4200kg-cm to 5000kg-cm. 陳財榮 學位論文 ; thesis 93 zh-TW |
