The application will be very much, however, we presented a structure combine with wearable technology and indoor positioning for the patients in the hospital. Then, the system uses the wireless local area network and every Wi-Fi access point to get the network, and get the information about the Media Access Control Address of which access point that the devise used. In the last step is use the real place about access point and received signal strength indicator which target received to do the location. Finally, this system will provided the real time position, get the patient status from the devise as well as take care of the security for patients. In this paper, we used TI's SimpleLink Wi-Fi CC3200 LaunchPad as the core to simulate wearable device. Our system used the RSSI, stability factor method and Maximum likely hood to experiment in 國立嘉義大學 Science and Technology Building, 101 to 103,115,116. By the experiment, we found that by stability factor decision, effectively increasing positioning accuracy, especially under a lot of interference sources in the environment. However, because the stability factor method is related to the time, so the positioning sometimes would be not accurate, but it will correct slowly with time.
