The study found that the cognition levels from school adjustment, parents’ expectations and career self-concepts of junior high school students were better than average. There was significant difference of Career value of junior high school students in gender, and girls were higher than boys. There was no significant difference of Career self-concept of junior high school students in grade. There was significant difference of Career ability of junior high school students in social economic status, and high social economic status were high middle and low those. There were middle positive correlations between school adjustment, parents’ expectations and career self-concepts of junior high school students. The predictabilities of school adjustment and parents’ expectations on career self-concepts. Among which the occupation expectations, peer adjustment, teacher and student relationships, learn adjustment and academic expectations were the most predictable.
