The research is conducted using qualitative analysis. The information is collected through semi-structured interviews with three executive coaches. The information is analyzed using content analysis. The results are as follows. 1. The challenges encountered when promoting coaching leadership (1) businesses being unfamiliar with coaching leadership (2) the effects are difficult to quantify as training ROI. (3) the limitation and consideration of budget and time (4) the compatibility with the business culture is weak 2. The challenges encountered when planning and carrying out coaching leadership (1) the communication with the department in charge (2) the difficulty with customization (3) the low learning motive of individual members (4) the members’ rejection and refusal on the training project 3. The challenges encountered when evaluating the effects of coaching leadership (1) the quantification of evaluation is hard to build. (2) the procedure of evaluation is hard to standardize (3) the maintaining and following of the training effects The research provides measures in accordance with the challenges mentioned above. Discussions are held on the results of the research, and suggestions are offered to executive coaches, businesses and future studies.
